We process and ship all the orders received through our platform in a maximum of 2 working days after receiving payment.
The mode of delivery is selected by the customer, and the cost thereof is included and detailed in the order prior to payment.
If for some reason there was any incident or situation that affected the amount already paid prior to shipment, we will contact the customer, and will not process shipping until receive a confirmation of knowledge and agreement of this situation. If the customer does not agree, it is possible to cancel the shipment and return the amount already payed, discounting bank transfer commissions.
All shipments include a detailed invoice with the amount payed for the order, VAT included. We are not responsible for any customs extra charges by orders shipped to countries outside the EU, being in this case of sole responsibility of the customer.
