Yue Guang Bai is a variety of Sheng Puerh also called raw Puerh that which is cultivated solely in the Jingmai region of China's Yunnan province. Its name, whose literal translation is "White Moonlight", is due to the fact that the oxidation process is carried out precisely in the light of the moon, instead of in sunlight.
With a very natural flavor and aroma, the infusion of this Yue Guang Bai is ocher with reddish touches.
